1. Our services
Big Brain Media provides video production, photography, drone shoots, animation, social media content and related digital marketing services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are confirmed in a written quotation or agreement.
2. Quotations and payments
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- An advance payment is required to confirm a shoot date. The balance is payable before final delivery.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope (extra shoot days, extra revisions, travel) is charged separately.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you cancel or reschedule a confirmed shoot, the advance may be adjusted or retained depending on the notice given and costs already incurred (crew, equipment, location, travel).
4. Revisions and delivery
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quotation. Final files are delivered in the agreed formats. Please keep your own backup; we archive raw footage for a limited period only.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive the right to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose. Big Brain Media may show the work in its portfolio and social media unless you ask us in writing not to. Raw footage and project files remain with Big Brain Media unless agreed otherwise.
6. Client materials
You confirm that any logos, music, images or other material you give us is yours to use or properly licensed, and you are responsible for any claims arising from it.
7. Website use
Content on this website (text, images, videos, logos) belongs to Big Brain Media or its clients and may not be copied without permission. Information on this website is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
Big Brain Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Thrissur, Kerala shall have jurisdiction.
